Good location - close to the highway. Clean room and hotel areas. Front desk seemed understaffed especially with a fully booked hotel. Breakfast was ok - standard eggs and sausage, muffins, bagels, waffle maker and cereal.
Terry at the front desk was SO HELPFUL! she extended our stay, no problem, and moved us to a new room hassle free! Pool was great, breakfast was great, prices were very reasonable. Rooms were spacious and clean. Thank you Terry & team!
We enjoyed our stay here. The staff was very kind and helpful. The rooms were dated but clean. And it was a great price for the suite we booked.
This hotel is me and my husband go to. The jacuzzi rooms are big with a kitchen space and extra bed. The double shower head is amazing and it always clean. But best of all the staff is friendly! They care about your experience here which makes a huge difference compared to some places. We had a mix up on dates but the manager was able to sort things out pretty quickly. Pool area is nice and hot tub is actually hot. We love it here.
Inside the hotel needs updating but great people who worked there makes it seem ok for the stay. Good breakfast is also a plus
I would give it a 4.6 stars and the reason why not a full 5 is because I swear the rooms havent changed in 20 yrs. The bathroom need some updated as far as design. Place is clean as a whistle, just outdated. Location is always great as you have everything you need within 5 mins of the location. Its ease in and out of the 94 is great. Service was awesome and they were absolutely kind.
This place in Brookfield is my go-to when I need to stay around the Milwaukee area. I feel very safe when I stay here. I love that it's connected to a bar and grill restaurant so I can save time without having to go anywhere after a long day and early morning approaching. I've stayed more than a handful of times here and the staff is attentive. It's not always been perfect, but they always address any concerns, and I am picky, so I appreciate their patience with me. They have all of the amenities I need. I enjoy the hot tub when I am there, they also have a fitness room, laundry, a better than continental breakfast, key entrances to keep you safe and just recently updated so you don't have to worry about the magnet of the key being too close to phone or wallet, little snack section if the restaurant is closed and a gas station in walking distance for any other necessities, etc. The price is also quite reasonable!
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. If I'm ever in that area again I would stay there. Was there for a funeral for our best friends son. The staff let us use the breakfast area to have a small gathering.
